Plex Server Progress

I made a bit of progress on the Plex Server, managed to find a 2TB Seagate external drive on the marketplace ended up just being the enclosure that was malfunctioning, plus space for Blu-Rays. I somehow got the server out of the network, so port forwarding is good. I am running into an issue which anyone outside of the network cannot watch anything on higher than 0.7mpbs bandwith (which is like 240p quality, I'm aiming at 4k).
I am planning on also building a server, I have an old intel H61 motherboard, gonna get a xeon from AliExpress for that.

 With the Steam Summer Sale I had the chance to buy Need for Speed Heat at a discount.  And with that came the opportunity to use Frosty Mod Editor and make a Button Prompts mod.  Only issue I'm having is that I can't change the controller guide on options screen. Download Frosty Mod Manager bellow and add the mod to the mod list in the mod manager.
